Heater Installation Terms

• Important Note: Customers may open the carton only to take measurements. Installation must be performed exclusively by an authorized company technician.

Conditions and Restrictions for Installation

1. All plumbing work and mixer tap installations must be completed before installation.

2. Certified electrical wiring compatible with the heater's power rating must be provided.

3. A certified circuit breaker compatible with the heater's power rating must be provided.

4. No water pipes should be located at the designated installation point. Installation under these conditions is at the customer's own risk.

5. Water connections must be prepared by the customer, not the company.

6. Installation inside a gypsum board enclosure is prohibited to prevent damage in case of water leakage and to avoid maintenance difficulties. Installation under these conditions is at the customer's own risk.

7. Installation directly beneath a water source is prohibited. The heater may be installed under a sink only if positioned away from potential leakage sources.

8. Installation near a gas source is prohibited. A minimum distance of 100 cm must be maintained between the heater and any gas source.

9. 21 kW and 24 kW (3-phase) heaters must be connected directly to the power source. External electrical connections are prohibited, and installation using such connections is at the customer's own risk.

10. Upside-down installation is prohibited. The heater must be installed vertically only.
